To complete the library registration process, parents need to bring a form of national identification, a recent utility bill (for proof of address) and a passport size photograph of the child. For additional information on the registration of new Form one students please call 624-4466 ext 2323, contact a public library or visit the School Library Media Centre (SLMC) in your secondary school!
